your days during
lockdown?
Due to the pandemic, the entire globe came to a standstill, confining all of us to our homes. Thus, in addition to taking precautions to keep us safe from viruses, we also needed to focus on our mental health to keep our sanity intact. This was the time that could challenge us in different ways which may come to us in terms of job loss, social disconnect, limited entertainment, and domestic problems. In early days itās a challenge to deal with the abrupt change in lifestyle. We were anxious about this pandemic. It was difficult for all of us to stay at home all the time; however, I tried to make the best of that time by indulging myself in some essential and fun activities. We could not go out. I get to spend some quality time with my family. I connected with the outer world through my mobile phone and computer. Our schools were also shut. But our online classes are going on to continue our studies. In morning time I attended my classes and I learn my lessons before going to bed. During the day I started helping my mother in cooking. All this extra time at hand got me pumped to learn a new skill. I developed a hobby of painting. I started doing half hour yoga daily. And now itās become a part of my routine. This improves my immunity. I watched news to update me and sometimes watched good movies. To ease the tension we played indoor games like ludo and carom. During that frightening crisis it was essential to spend sometimes praying to God. These all kill stress and give peace to our minds.
